Members fondly remembered not only the emergency missions Jerry flew into the Millville area over the years, but also the personal connections he formed within the community. One especially meaningful memory shared by the department recalled Jerry volunteering at the fire company carnival two years ago, where he worked alongside fellow Life Flight members roasting peanuts and spending time with residents in a relaxed and joyful setting.
