Born on October 29, 1942, in The Bronx, New York, Jeff was the son of Frances and William Stern. He later attended the University of Miami, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business, laying the foundation for a successful career built on creativity and perseverance.
Jeff became a respected entrepreneur in the fashion industry, earning admiration for both his business vision and innovative spirit. He began his professional journey by operating boutiques in North Miami, Florida, where his passion for fashion and design quickly became evident. He later founded his women’s junior sportswear manufacturing company, “You Gotta Be Kidding,” which he successfully operated for twenty-five years.
